It spares no effort to ensure that its students get a world class education in their chosen stream. Roy National Award for Eminent Medical Teacher’ and the ‘Hari-Om Ashram Alembic Award’.With a faculty strength of 771+ and 2548+ support staff, nurses, paramedical staff etc. The University now runs 10 Health Science Institutions offering courses in Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Ayurveda, Physiotherapy, Nursing and Homoeopathy. Dr. Prabhakar Kore Charitable Hospital, KLE Cancer Hospital and KLE Centenary charitable Hospital. The constituent Institutions of University offers 150+ programs at Under-Graduate, Post-Graduate and Post-doctoral levels, 6000+ students, from across the country and overseas, currently pursue their academic dream of professional education at the institutions. At the 11th convocation, 13965 degrees were awarded.
The University has been consecutively accredited with highest ‘A+’ Grade by NAAC with CGPA of and CGPA of 3.39. We are placed in ‘A’ Category by the MHRD, Government of India. Our University is ranked 88 from among 1000 plus Universities in the country. Since the inception of NIRF, also we are among the top 20 Universities in the country.
